Overview

Internship Contract : 6 Month

Responsibilities
  • As a Sales Coordination Intern, you will join an open and dynamic environment where you will be exposed to a wide range of commercial responsibilities, including managing sales processes, monitoring business performance, and coordinating between different departments to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • In this role, during your internship at IDEXX, you will work with modern sales management and CRM tools, collaborating with international teams to optimise sales processes and ensure effective results. You will contribute to sales data analysis, performance report updates, and the coordination of key commercial initiatives.
  • This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the fundamentals of sales coordination and a deep understanding of sales processes within an international environment.
What you need to succeed / Qualifications
  • We are looking for a student in business management, commerce, or marketing who is passionate about sales and teamwork, with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential in our international environment.
  • Be proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Have strong analytical skills and be comfortable using tools such as Excel and CRM systems like Salesforce (a plus).
  • You possess a professional attitude, attention to detail, and are motivated to learn.

Practical information
  • You must be enrolled as a student pursuing a degree to be eligible for this internship and obtain approval from your university to begin.
  • You are available to start in September 2025
  • and can work with us full-time for 6 to 8 months
  • This internship is not suitable for a final thesis
  • Our offices are located in Barcelona
  • This hybrid position will allow you to work both from home and the office, in agreement with your manager.
