Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client prospecting or sales support roles.

Your impact as Sales Consultant Support

As a Sales Consultant Support , you will play a crucial role in the acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention of new clients, contributing directly to the sustainable growth of Spring GDS. Your efforts will help ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence through seamless coordination with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams. You will act as a bridge between prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders, supporting an agile and high-performance commercial environment.

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads
  • Identify and research new prospects
  • Qualify prospects through calls and outreach
  • Maintain and grow assigned client portfolio
  • Resolve client incidents and inquiries
  • Coordinate service implementation with Operations
  • Present post-sales service with CX team
  • Monitor volume and performance by country
  • Design client-specific logistics solutions
  • Negotiate rates, service terms, and integrations
  • Ensure profitability and service scalability
  • Align offers with client needs and company goals
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders for execution
  • Support Sales Consultant in documentation tasks
  • Organize meetings and client visits
  • Coordinate with Admin on commercial conditions
  • Update CRM and sales databases
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate in internal sales meetings
  • Provide input for strategic account planning

Education, Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client prospecting or sales support roles.
  • Experience in the logistics or e-commerce sector is highly valued.
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher) is required.
  • Proven ability in commercial prospecting and client engagement.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of logistics services, particularly for e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and driven by results.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment.
