EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant with a high level of Spanish to join our European team in Barcelona's office. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing revenue and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

1. Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers.
2. Upgrade and Renew current customers.
3. Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
4. Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
5. Perform database and record-keeping activities.

The Sales performance will be based on the KPIs settled on a monthly basis.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Fluent level in Spanish both written and verbal.
3. Min. B2 level of English.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
5. Cultural awareness and team-player.
6. Good understanding of KPIs and targets.
7. 1st month fully office based for trainings.
