EF- English Live’s dynamic Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person to join our European team in our sunny Barcelona office. We are part of the WeWork coworking space in the city center (Avinguda Diagonal). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing EdTech business.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  1. Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers. (We do not cold-call!)
  2. Upgrade and Renew current customers.
  3. Qualify leads given and turn them into business opportunities.
  4. Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
  5. Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
  6. Perform database and record-keeping activities.
  7. Operate in a truly international environment with a young team.

Requirements:

  1. 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
  2. Outbound call experience.
  3. A good level of English.
  4. An advanced/native level of German.
  5. Business acumen with a strong aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
  6. Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
  7. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
  8. Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  10. Understand KPI's and Targets.
  11. We have a hybrid work model: Mandatory office days are: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  12. Be able to work different shifts as we rotate between 9 AM to 6 PM and 12 PM to 9 PM.
  13. Work occasionally on Saturdays.
