Job Description:

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of French to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing revenue and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

1. Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls!
2. Upgrade and Renew current customers.
3. Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
4. Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
5. Perform database and record-keeping activities.

The Sales performance will be based on the KPIs settled on a monthly basis.

1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Fluent level in French both written and verbal
3. Min. B2 level of English
4. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
5. Cultural awareness and team-player
6. Good understanding of KPIs and targets
7. 1st month fully office based for training
