Formación

Do you have what it takes to join an exciting multinational EdTech company?

EF- English Live’s dynamic Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our European team in our sunny Barcelona office. We are part of the WeWork coworking space in the city center (Avinguda Diagonal). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will play a key role in developing revenue and increasing student enrollment in our online school within a fast-growing EdTech business.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers (we do not cold-call!)
  2. Upgrading and renewing current customers
  3. Qualifying leads and converting them into business opportunities
  4. Owning direct sales in the region and achieving KPIs and sales targets
  5. Providing excellent customer service and proactively responding to client queries
  6. Maintaining database and record-keeping activities
  7. Working in an international environment with a young, dynamic team

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of sales experience minimum
  2. Outbound call experience
  3. Good level of English
  4. Native or advanced level of Finnish (additional languages such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian are a plus)
  5. Strong business acumen with negotiation and persuasion skills
  6. Target-driven and sales-oriented attitude
  7. Effective and concise communication skills
  8. Cultural awareness and teamwork ability
  9. Understanding of KPIs and targets
  10. Availability for hybrid work model: mandatory office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  11. Flexibility to work shifts between 9 AM to 6 PM and 12 PM to 9 PM, and occasional Saturdays
