What You Will Do In This Role

As a Sales Chat Supervisor on our team, you will :

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Inside Sales Chat Representatives to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Monitor daily team performance, provide real-time support, and escalate issues when needed to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Analyse KPIs (conversion rates, chat volumes, AOV, CSAT, etc.) and implement strategies to optimize team results
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, account managers, and support teams to align on campaign execution, product focus, and service delivery
  • Manage scheduling, adherence, and productivity to meet staffing and performance expectations.

Concentrix Is a Great Match If You Have

  • A proficient or bilingual level of English another language is a plus!
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of inside sales experience or at least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or coaching role (preferred).
  • Experience working in a digital / chat-based sales environment—ideally for a tech brand
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with chat platforms (e.g., LivePerson, Intercom, Zendesk Chat).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance dashboards and generate actionable insights
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to give feedback constructively.

  • Full time 39 hours / week contract : Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 to 18 : 00
