Our Spanish team consists of 20 people and is an integral part of our company’s EMEA presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision, ensuring innovative solutions that align with diverse market needs.
As the Head of Account Management at RTB House, you will play a crucial role in designing the market strategy and driving revenue growth for the Spanish market.
You will be leading the account management team.
You Will :
- Hold responsibility for building and leading the Account Managers team in Spain;
- Ensure a high level of customer retention;
- Oversee campaigns’ optimization to maximize profits for our clients;
- Grow revenue on existing accounts by actively coaching AMs and leads on upselling / cross-selling and by partnering with the sales team to ensure an efficient approach;
- Develop the team to reach operational and financial targets;
- Maintain senior relationships with the company’s strategic accounts, influence client strategy, and act as a trusted advisor;
- Create a deep understanding of customer satisfaction across the team;
- Hold responsibility for reporting, forecasting, building, and implementing processes;
- Implement tools to enhance customer service processes and provide comprehensive training for the team;
- Work closely with international HQ on developing strategic initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
Desired Experience :
- 5+ years of work experience (4+ years of proven experience in direct client relationships in the online media industry with a minimum of 4 years experience in people management);
- Previous experience in building and managing a team and experience with B2B accounts;
- Demonstrated success in client management and innovation leading to revenue growth (upselling) and customer retention;
- Deep understanding of the Spanish digital and performance/branding landscape with strong knowledge of local working cultures and business relationships;
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, GA, and Looker, with the ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English;
- Experience with statistical analysis is a plus;
- Positive, curious, and can-do attitude;
- Operational and process-oriented, organized with outstanding attention to detail.
