A fast-growing digital agency, Convertix, is seeking a Business Development & Sales professional to strengthen its sales efforts. The successful candidate will engage in prospecting, generate proposals, and close deals. The role offers a full-time position with flexible hybrid work options and opportunities for training and travel.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Digital Agency or Tech company.
  • Proficient communication in English mandatory; other languages a plus.
  • Experience with inbound systems and processes preferred.

  • Creation of a prospect database and active prospecting.
  • Cold emailing, texting, and calling to generate sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with the team to close deals.

Convertix is looking for a Business Development & Sales professional with a track record in Agency & Tech.

Location : Spain, Hybrid

OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing digital agency and are constantly looking out for talent in Sales & Business Development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Creation of a prospect database - Prospecting
  • Cold emailing, texting, and calling
  • Generate sales meetings & proposals
  • Close deals with team support

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in a Digital Agency or a Tech company
  • Business professional in English is a must-have. Spanish, Italian, German, and French are nice-to-haves
  • Knowing how to automate outbound systems with external tools
  • Public speaking and motivation to attend industry events
  • Motivation, proactive attitude, going the extra mile, ability to think outside the box
  • Not to be afraid to pick up the phone but being especially a great Social Media communicator
  • Experience with inbound systems and processes
