Convertix is hiring a Business Development & Sales professional in a hybrid model. The role includes creating a prospect database, generating sales meetings, and closing deals. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience, a proactive attitude, and fluency in English. Formación

OVERVIEW

Main Responsibilities

  • Creation of a prospect database - Prospecting
  • Cold emailing, texting, and calling
  • Generate sales meetings & proposals
  • Close deals with team support

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in a Digital Agency or a Tech company
  • Business professional in English is a must-have. Spanish, Italian, German, and French are nice-to-haves
  • Knowing how to automate outbound systems with external tools
  • Public speaking and motivation to attend industry events
  • Motivation, proactive attitude, going the extra mile, ability to think outside the box
  • Not to be afraid to pick up the phone but being especially a great Social Media communicator
  • Experience with inbound systems and processes
