Job Description: Sales Associate at Christian Dior Couture, Madrid Canalejas

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Associate to join our team in the LG, Accessories, and Woman Ready-to-wear departments at Christian Dior Couture in Madrid Canalejas. As a Dior Ambassador, your role will be to contribute to the store's sales growth, embody brand values, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Sales

• Achieve sales objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Demonstrate product expertise and engage customers with product stories.
• Understand daily objectives and KPIs.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and add-ons.
• Provide a premium retail experience and go the extra mile for customers.
• Manage customer database and clienteling activities.

Client Relationship Management

• Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment offering top-tier service in person, over the phone, and electronically.
• Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
• Resolve customer issues in collaboration with management to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Back-Office Support

• Assist with product reception, quality control, and stock updates post-sales.
• Provide feedback on products and prepare delivery and packaging.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fashion and luxury boutiques, preferably with Women RTW.
• Strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
• University or fashion school degree.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software skills.
