Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers daily with their purchases.
• Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with products.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and stock room.
• Perform front-end cashier responsibilities, including sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Unload and organize new products, restock shelves, and assist with product merchandising.

Qualifications : Required :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis.
• Ability to stand or move for extended periods.
• Adherence to CIEC, Inc. policies and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Desire for growth and advancement.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Access to reliable transportation to and from work locations.

Preferred :

• Knowledge of and experience in the Vapor industry.
• Prior retail, customer service, or cashier experience.
• Comfort with consistent use of technology for tasks.

Starting pay is $14.00 / hour.
