Formación

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining store standards in terms of image, product, and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.

Business Development & Client Management
  • Partner with management to achieve sales targets strategically
  • Increase brand and product knowledge
  • Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
  • Maximize sales opportunities across all categories
  • Promote our Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff
  • Build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication
  • Ensure high standards of customer service to meet customer expectations
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clients
  • Deliver an exceptional Versace experience to foster customer loyalty
  • Capture customer data continuously
  • Proactively maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Organize in-store and promotional events
  • Manage the boutique’s community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients
Operations
  • Manage stock and backroom operations effectively (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, arrangement, reporting)
  • Comply with operational and company policies
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to directives
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of retail experience; luxury experience preferred
  • Proficiency with retail sales systems, Word, Excel, and email
