A creative exchange, KENZO becomes an evolving dialogue between the pop culture of the founder’s heritage and the street culture inherent to Nigo.

Through Nigo’s instinct for contemporary design, a new vision takes shape at KENZO: ‘real-to-wear’, a genuine wardrobe founded in the authentic desires of the post-digital mentality. It is a realistic approach to fashion, which transcends the conventional labels of ‘formal’, ‘casual’ or ‘street’ in favour of the syntheses that make up real wardrobes today.

A series of encounters take place: the everlasting codes of KENZO are considered through an instant lens, the ‘Jungle’ fashion of its founder is distilled into succinctly covetable items, and a new sense of exclusivity is highlighted.

As a Sales Associate for Kenzo store Madrid El Corte Inglés, you will be an ambassador of the brand, effectively providing an excellent customer journey by building and maintaining loyal clients to maximize profitability and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Welcome all our clients to the Store ensuring the client feels comfortable in the environment.
  2. Greet our clients and build a relationship with them to assist in selecting the right products for them whilst maintaining rapport and offering advice.
  3. Introduce additional complementary products targeted to your client and share product knowledge.
  4. Process the sale confidently and professionally whilst maintaining the relationship with the client.
  5. Gather and collate the client’s CRM details to maintain the relationship and build the client book ensuring a personal follow-up with the client.
  6. Maintain store standards on stock and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines promoting the Kenzo image.
  7. Exceed all behavioural requirements in the Store adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines as indicated by the Store Manager.
  8. Actively enhance your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends, participating in in-store training, updating yourself on all product lines, and researching relevant information on products.
  9. Support the control and management of stock.
A business contributor:
  1. Achieve sales targets and KPIs and contribute to the Point of Sales’ action plans.
  2. Communicate high-quality feedback to Managers (in Store).
  3. Be aware of the business environment including local competition (participate in the collection of rankings, turnover, and know the best practices, best sellers, etc.).
A client developer:
  1. Master the selling ceremony (from welcoming to after-sales services) to all Clients.
  2. Master a perfect knowledge of product information (collection, season, composition, etc.) and brand storytelling.
  3. Build customer loyalty and engagement by developing long-term relationships (date collection, thank you cards, invitations, etc.).
  4. Create and optimize strong connections with personal shoppers, personal stylists, conciergeries, etc.
A buddy and team player:
  1. Demonstrate team spirit and help others improve their skills (especially towards new joiners).
  2. Demonstrate autonomy and commitment to guarantee business continuity at any time.
A brand promoter (Clients):
  1. Embody Kenzo Paris DNA to become a brand ambassador (knowledge of the House’s heritage and mastery of its current positioning).
  2. Ensure that the standards of the Point of Sale uphold the brand image (VM, cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
  3. Develop a deep fashion culture and awareness (products, fashion trends, and competitors).
Know-how-to-be:
  1. Respect uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
  2. Be able to adapt communication to each client profile.
  3. Demonstrate excellent behavior and a positive mindset in any circumstances (politeness, body language, vocabulary, etc.).

English and Spanish are mandatory. Full-time: 40 hours/week.
