AiGrowise is a Barcelona-based agri-tech startup helping small and mid-sized farms make smarter, more sustainable decisions through drone imagery, IoT sensors, and AI-powered analytics.

We’re looking for a part-time Sales & Business Development Associate to lead outreach, build client relationships, and grow our footprint across Catalonia. This position starts at a Level 2 compensation tier, with commission and equity negotiable. If successful, it may scale to full-time.

  • Support client onboarding and ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the drone and data teams for high-impact delivery

  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident in the field
  • Based near Barcelona and open to occasional travel
