YOUR MISSION:
  1. Ensure individual performance consistently meets or exceeds sales goals, KPIs, and profitability, aligned with PUMA's values.
  2. Provide high standards of customer experience in the store, in accordance with our values.
  3. Support in processing the entry and exit of products in the store.
  4. Replenish merchandise according to sales generated.
  5. Guarantee the execution and maintenance of all visual guidelines, ensuring the store's visual presentation always meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
  6. Assist and successfully complete all required training for the role.
  7. Support the correct implementation of promotional activities in the store.
  8. Maintain the store's physical condition according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
  9. Ensure loss prevention by complying with PUMA policies and procedures.
YOUR TALENT:
