Location: Barcelona, Spain - Shop in Shop ECI Cornella
Mission: PUMA Iberia is seeking a Sales Associate for a 20-hour weekly schedule at our corner in ECI Cornellà. The role involves managing and promoting our sales culture to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
Ensure individual performance consistently meets or exceeds sales goals, KPIs, and profitability, aligned with PUMA's values.
Provide high standards of customer experience in the store, in accordance with our values.
Assist in processing merchandise entry and exit.
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor based on sales generated.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA's standards.
Complete all required training programs successfully.
Support promotional activities as directed by management.
Maintain the store's physical condition and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
Prevent loss through adherence to PUMA's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of previous sales experience.
Ability to exceed sales targets.
High standards of customer service.

English proficiency is a plus.
