Formación

  • 2+ years’ experience in retail, luxury experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including retail sales systems and basic office software.

What You Will Do

The Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunities, while maintaining store standards in terms of image, product, and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.

Business Development & Client Management
  1. Partner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets
  2. Strive to always increase brand and product knowledge
  3. Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
  4. Take action to maximize sales opportunities across all categories
  5. Embrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff
  6. Build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication
  7. Ensure superlative customer service standards to meet customer expectations
  8. Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
  9. Deliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty
  10. Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service
  11. Capture customer data consistently and proactively take actions to maintain long-term relationships
  12. Participate in the organization of in-store & promotional events
  13. Implement and manage the boutique’s community outreach programs to maintain active social relationships with clients
Operations
  1. Ensure stock and backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting, etc.)
  2. Remain compliant with operational and company policies and procedures
  3. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and participate in VM set-up
You’ll Need To Have
  • 2+ years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferred
  • Computer skills including operation of retail sales systems, Word, Excel, and email
