About MIETIS

MIETIS is a fashion and accessories brand made in Barcelona, born from the creative universe of María Fontanellas. We design and produce all our pieces within a 45 km radius, combining craftsmanship, color, and contemporary design. Our flagship store in Passeig de Gràcia is a space that celebrates local luxury, personalization, and individual expression.

Your Mission

You will be part of the store team and one of the visible faces of MIETIS. Your goal is to offer a unique shopping experience, convey the story behind each bag or jacket, and create real connections with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive, advise, and attend to national and international clients.
• Convey the artisanal value, exclusivity, and history of MIETIS in each sale.
• Meet sales objectives (conversion, average ticket, loyalty).
• Maintain the presentation and visual of the store in line with the MIETIS identity.
• Participate actively in the life of the boutique: events, launches, and activations.
• Control and replenish stock, support inventory, and perform daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with the communication team, sharing feedback on clients and products.

Profile We Are Looking For

• +2 years of experience in premium fashion sales, boutique, or creative environment.
• Passion for fashion, color, and design.
• Positive energy, aesthetic taste, and sensitivity to detail.
• Ability to connect with people and convey authentic stories.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish (other languages valuable).
• Flexible and collaborative attitude, willingness to learn and grow in a young environment.
