What are we looking for?

We are seeking a part-time Sales Assistant for our store in Mallorca. Our salespeople are our greatest asset, helping us grow the BIMBA Y LOLA culture in Spain.

We want a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate who has an interest in fashion, a good sense of touch, listens well, and works as part of a team.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will provide excellent customer service, act as a principal brand ambassador, and help build the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.

• Deliver comprehensive service throughout the customer journey, from greeting to final sale, handling requests and complaints.
• Manage stock counting, control, deliveries, and stockroom organization.
• Organize products on the shop floor, implement visual merchandising guidelines, and collaborate on visual displays and window setups.

We are looking for a sales assistant with at least one year of customer service experience, a sense of fashion, and a client-oriented approach.
