VeryChic, in Barcelona, is seeking an enthusiastic junior sales-support professional to help build hotel partnerships and drive private sales across key destinations.

You will prepare flash offers, support campaigns, and coordinate with production, marketing, and customer service teams while developing market insights and KPI-driven results in a fast-paced, international environment. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic team, with a monthly remuneration of €750 gross.

Formación

• Advanced/Proficient in English.
• Graduate or student in Tourism, E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on sales analysis and KPI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
• Team player with solid communication skills.
• Eager to learn and comfortable thriving in a fast-changing environment.
• Previous experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare flash offers: pricing, visuals, content briefs, contracts.
• Support campaigns: sales analysis, stock management, partner follow-up, reporting.
• Coordinate with production, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Review products on our website and landing pages with the sales team.
• Assist with campaign scheduling and business trip planning (e.g., trade shows, hotel visits).
• Provide backup support during team absences.
• Identify emerging consumer trends and new opportunities.
• Contribute to business development based on your performance and KPIs.
