Meller in Palma is seeking a Sales Assistant who shares our bold, authentic style and passion for fashion. You will deliver personalised customer experiences, keep the store organized, and support daily operations with energy and a team spirit.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in fashion.

• Customer service: Put the customer at the centre, offering personalised advice and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
• Store management: Help maintain the store according to Meller standards, keeping the space organised, clean, and reflective of our brand identity.
• Daily operations: Support product replenishment, store maintenance, and cash register operations with accuracy.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Store Manager and the team, ensuring everyone gives their best in every customer interaction.
• Brand ambassador: Connect with customers, conveying the energy, authenticity, and uniqueness of Meller.
