Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in fashion.
• Passion for fashion and strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to connect with others; friendly and helpful.
• Creativity and a unique style.
• Team player contributing to store environment.
• Adaptable and flexible, able to work toward goals.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Spanish & English proficiency; third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: put the customer at the centre, offering personalised advice and a memorable in-store experience.
• Store management: help maintain the store to Meller standards, keep space organized and reflective of the brand.
• Daily operations: support product replenishment, store maintenance, and cash register operations with accuracy.
• Teamwork: collaborate with the Store Manager and team to deliver peak performance in every customer interaction.
• Brand ambassador: convey energy, authenticity, and uniqueness of Meller to customers.
