Randstad España is hiring for a summer campaign in Marbella to boost the perfumery and cosmetics retail team. This entry-level, on-site role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with flexible shifts and a chance to gain retail experience during peak season.

Responsibilities include customer service, checkout operations, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. Fluency in Spanish is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Warmly welcome, engage, and guide customers visiting the store during the busy summer season.
• Checkout Operations: Handle cash register tasks, transaction management, and customer payments accurately.
• Stock & Replenishment: Receive, organize, and restock merchandise on shelves continuously to keep the sales floor in prime condition.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to maintain store order and display products according to brand guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in the perfumery, cosmetics, or fashion retail sectors is required.
• Languages: Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency.
• Skills: Strong customer service orientation, proactive attitude, dynamic approach, and clear communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
• Availability: Full flexibility to work assigned morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts depending on business needs.
