Randstad España is seeking Kitchen Assistants & Stewards in Marbella for the high-demand summer season. You will join professional kitchen teams and support chefs with mise en place, basic cooking tasks, and inventory handling on-site.

Ideal candidates have solid knife skills, can work in a fast-paced environment, and speak Spanish fluently. Seasonal contract and rotating shifts are offered.

Formación

• Entry-level position in Marbella with seasonal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation (Mise en Place): Assist with preliminary food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
• Basic Culinary Support: Prepare simple dishes, salads, and desserts, and assist at the stove or grill area under supervisor guidance.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, machinery, and work surfaces in compliance with health standards.
• Order Reception: Collaborate in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Languages: Native or fluent Spanish language skills.
• Uniform & Equipment: Must possess appropriate kitchen attire and approved non-slip safety footwear.
• Attributes: Punctual, committed, organized, with a positive attitude when working under pressure.
