Versace Marbella, represented through Adecco España, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a high-end shopping experience on the Costa del Sol. You will act as a brand ambassador, assist with styling, and process transactions for an international luxury clientele.

The role requires 1–2 years in luxury fashion or retail, strong clienteling skills, and the ability to work part-time including weekends in Marbella. You will support boutique targets and uphold Versace’s brand standards.

Formación

Your Mission: Luxury Clienteling & Boutique Excellence

Your primary goal involves driving boutique commercial success while delivering a personalized shopping experience. At the same time, you will keep the sales floor beautifully aligned with Versace’s global presentation standards. Therefore, you will manage customer consultations, assist with product styling, and process sales transactions accurately. As a result, you will foster long‑term client relationships. Consequently, you will support boutique targets and protect the brand’s iconic reputation flawlessly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Advisory: Provide personalized styling and customer service to local and international clients, ensuring a high‑end luxury shopping experience.
• Clienteling: Build and maintain lasting relationships with VIP clients and returning customers, driving brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales Execution: Manage end‑to‑end sales transactions, product inquiries, payment processing, and stock checks on the boutique floor.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the sales floor, product displays, and inventory stock areas according to strict brand guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with boutique management and floor colleagues to achieve daily store objectives and uphold operational standards.

Who You Are: The Passionate Luxury Retail Professional

• Proven Foundations: You bring 1 to 2 years of prior experience in customer service, fashion retail, or luxury brand operations.
• Educational Background: You possess high school education or equivalent (ESO, Bachillerato).
• Customer Orientation: You demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, a high orientation toward customer care, and a professional attitude.
• Brand Passion: You hold a genuine interest in high fashion, luxury trends, and clienteling.
• Adaptability: You are flexible to work part‑time schedules, including weekends and dynamic retail hours.
