As a Maison Ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets while actively expanding your client portfolio. You will also play a key role in the boutique's daily operations, contributing to its success and smooth functioning. Part time: 20 hours contract.
Key Responsibilities
Strive consistently to meet or surpass sales targets through proactive efforts and exceptional customer service.
Deliver personalized and outstanding service by greeting and engaging with every client, showcasing in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored recommendations to enhance the client experience.
Support after-sales service, ensuring alignment with Maison values and standards.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and leveraging Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
Accurately capture client data to facilitate personalized follow-ups and foster loyalty using the available tools.
Address client concerns effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Collaborate with management to plan and participate in in-store and external events to expand your client network.
Adhere to all security, operational, and procedural guidelines established by the Group, Maison, and boutique.
Assist with the boutique's daily setup, breakdown, and maintenance, reporting any operational or maintenance issues.
Support merchandising and ensure displays are maintained to reflect the Maison's standards.
Participate actively in inventory counts, audits, and other boutique-specific projects (e.g., price updates, back-office tasks).
Job Profile
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably within a retail environment.
Knowledge of fine jewellery and timepieces is a strong advantage.
Experience in El Corte Ingles will be a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus, such as Chinese.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and prioritize client needs.
High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and a digital-savvy mindset.
