Formación

At Green Power Technologies, we are looking for a Sales Assistant based in Madrid.

In very strong growth, Green Power Technologies is developing local partnerships with more than 500 customers for a capacity of more than 6.5GW deployed across its markets: developers, EPCs, design offices, distributors, and installers. The strength of Green Power Technologies is its unique expertise, recognized in the field of energy, our close relationship with our customers and partners, the power and agility of our logistics as well as our experience in the development of new markets.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in commercial management: supervision of agendas, support in the organization of the sales team, administration of commercial management reports and preparation of periodic meetings.
  2. Manage commercial information.
  3. Edit documents for the commercial team, compare prices and products with the competition.
  4. Elaborate offers, programs, follow up on OC orders, follow up on logistics, delivery times, sending of documentation.
  5. Update customer database in the CRM, monitor CRM profiles.
  6. Update contracts, bids, templates and other business documents.
  7. Analyze stock data: stock consumption, forecast follow-up, stock needs, management of commercial information on prices and products.
  8. Prepare sales reports, KPIs, and client objectives based on CRM.
  9. Translate between Spanish and English.
  10. Follow-up of communication between departments with clients: marketing, accounting, sales, logistics, service, etc.
  11. Good knowledge in photovoltaic equipment or sector (not mandatory but valuable).
  12. Proficiency in writing techniques for reports, synthesis, and commercial offers.
  13. Good level of English.
  14. Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  15. Reporting FP or degree in ADE, economics, etc.
