We are looking for a new BUFF lover to join the Team.

It all began 30 years ago, in 1992, with one man determined to find a way to stay outdoors for as long as he could, Joan Rojas invented the seamless neckwear. Today his legacy lives on, as it’s embedded in our values and purpose of inspiring a more conscious world through the thrill of adventure.

At BUFF️ we create, design, and produce over 90% of our products in our headquarters in Igualada (Barcelona); from here, we distribute our headwear and neckwear to over 80 countries.

About you :

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Time flexibility.

About the Role :

• Guide customers to help them find what they need, offering them the best shopping experience ever.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals.
• Provide a good customer experience by addressing all customer questions / requests about the brand and products.
• Restock and tidy up BUFF products, store catalogues, and other store materials.
• Wrap up products if customers ask for it.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Process transactions and ensure sufficient cash for customer exchanges.
• Monitor the daily cash count.
• Manage packaging stock and provide it to customers at checkout.
• Resolve customer incidents.
• Cover colleagues’ breaks by overseeing the store.
• Assist with other tasks such as stock-taking, shopfits, receiving products, etc.
• Support the team during exceptional situations such as medical leaves, trainings, etc.
