Formación

• 2 to 5 years of experience in premium retail, particularly fashion.
• Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English; additional languages are a plus.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As part of the ALOHAS team, your challenge is to embody the ALOHAS values and philosophy for our Retail customers, creating meaningful connections. Help them find products they desire and immerse them in our unique approach to fashion. Guide them through the product cycle, fostering a deep connection so they appreciate our quality, innovative designs, and global commitment, potentially becoming ambassadors of our message.

Your goal is to ensure each customer has an exceptional shopping experience, encouraging return visits and word-of-mouth sharing. Become an integral part of our journey!

Key Responsibilities :

• Transmit the ALOHAS concept to visitors, helping them discover our products and our fashion philosophy.
• Be knowledgeable about the entire ALOHAS product range, understanding the brand's style and materials. Assist clients in selecting the best purchase, shipping, and delivery options.
• Ensure the store adheres to its hours and maintains high Visual Merchandising standards, preserving our brand image. Execute all processes seamlessly during shifts.
• Support and contribute to social media content creation, including photographing store elements or producing product videos, if required.
• Embody the ALOHAS spirit daily, demonstrating qualities of being demanding, agile, responsible, and autonomous in decision-making to support teamwork.
• Value feedback as part of the continuous improvement of our retail strategy.
• Preferably have 2 to 5 years of experience in the premium retail sector, especially fashion.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have knowledge of sales techniques, customer service processes, and objection management.
• Be familiar with CRM strategies within the premium retail sector.
• Have a passion for fashion and products.
• Be fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrate teamwork mentality, KPI-driven mindset, and a focus on enhancing customer experience.
