The role involves providing personalized fashion styling advice, driving sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. Formación

  • 2 years’ experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or Luxury Retail.
  • Understanding of retail business KPIs.
  • Excellent personal presentation.

Position available in November 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique in-store experience and personalized fashion styling advice.
  • Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items.
  • Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal follow-up with the clients.
  • Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times.
Qualifications
  • You have a proven successful 2 years’ experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail.
  • You have a perfect understanding of retail business KPIs.
  • You have an excellent personal presentation.
  • You are proactive and positive, a good team player with high level of motivation.
  • You are passionate for customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets.
  • You are focused on the client’s needs and experience, willing to build long-lasting relationships.
  • You have excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management, staff and clients.
