Formación

• Nivel alto de inglés y español requerido.
• Conocimiento en SAP y Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar al equipo de ventas y mantener el sistema SAP.
• Procesar facturas y reportar datos de ventas.

What your role is

As part of the Iberia team, the Sales & Customer Service Assistant will report to the SC Iberia Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

1. Give support to sales team
2. Daily Sales Reporting
3. Maintenance of SAP System
4. Maintenance of Workflow EDI
5. Support Customer Service team with invoicing process
6. Process invoices from suppliers
7. Reporting point of sales data

What you will bring to the team

Qualifications

1. Good level of English
2. Proficiency in Spanish

1. Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel prioritary)
2. SAP knowledge
3. Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
4. Very strong analytical skills and execution focused.
