Sales and Customer Service agent (German speaker)
EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic person with a high level of German to join our European team in Barcelona's office.
As aSales and Customer Service agent, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers.
- Upgrade and Renew current customers.
- Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
- Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
- Performs database and record-keeping activities.
The Sales performance will be based on the KPIs settled on a monthly basis.
Customer Service:
- Book and run 1-on-1 onboarding calls with new EF EnglishLive students.
- Build strong coaching relationships with new customers to ensure they are striving for the right goals.
- Proactively help to build students’ learning habits.
- Communicate on a regular basis with EF English Live students via our omnichannel solutions (video calls, audio calls, chat, emails, etc) to ensure they are progressing and having a great experience with EF English Live.
- Ensure that the customer delivers on his payment schedule.
The Customer Service performance will be assessed on our students’ cancellations rate, school usage, progress, and student’s satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Fluent level in German both written and verbal (any other language, Portuguese, Turkish, Scandinavian languages would be a plus)
- Minimum B2 level of English
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
- Cultural awareness and team-player
- Good understanding of KPIs and targets
- 1st month fully office based for trainings
