Job summary

Roche in Valencia is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Analyst (CRM Support) to build interactive BI dashboards, audit data quality, deliver standard performance reports, and provide hands-on CRM sales support to enable field excellence.

You have 1–3 years in data analytics or sales operations, proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, Excel data modeling, and experience with Salesforce. Fluent in Spanish and English; collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to drive commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, commercial reporting, BI, or sales operations.
• Proficient with BI visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and advanced Excel/data modelling.
• CRM platforms (Salesforce) familiarity; strong numerical acumen and attention to detail.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; strong communication skills in both.

Responsibilities

• BI Dashboard Engineering & Maintenance: design, build, publish dashboards tracking sales performance.
• Data Quality Auditing: perform data audits and enforce data integrity across datasets.
• CRM Sales Support: assist field sales with opportunity tracking and CRM queries.
• Standard Reporting: generate weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership.
• Process Mapping: document and map commercial workflows across Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, and Finance.
• Analytics: analyze lead-to-opportunity conversion, activity, and engagement metrics.
