The ideal candidate will support data analysis, assist in growth strategies, and maintain communication with our 60 sales agents. We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Analyst Junior to support our international sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analysis and eager to contribute to the company's growth in European and US markets.

Responsibilities :

• Provide key support to the Sales Managers with data analysis, communication with sales agents, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in developing growth strategies for the assigned regions.
• Support communication with a team of 60 international sales agents on operational updates, pricing changes, and other critical information.
• Organize and manage leads, ensuring data is accurately uploaded into our systems and analyzed for business insights.
• Maintain accurate records of agents, clients, and sales activities.
• Provide administrative support for sales events and trade shows.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the sales team.

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.); experience with Power BI and Odoo is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of additional languages (French, German, Italian) is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
