What's your Mission?
You'll be helping people who may have been treated unfairly :
- Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering a positive brand experience.
- Assist leads from various channels (TikTok, Google, social media) to determine if they have been mis-sold high-interest credit cards (revolving cards).
- Gather detailed information about the credit card and its terms using HubSpot.
- Process legal onboarding documents (LFA / LSA) to authorize legal action on behalf of the customer (working knowledge of LFA / LSA is a plus).
- Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Identify potential leads who may qualify for the Justalia program, which helps customers who have been mis-sold credit cards.
- Explain the Justalia program and its benefits to qualified leads, generating interest and encouraging participation.
- Track customer interactions and report on key metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Requirements
What skills & experience will you bring to us?
- Language Skills : Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Sales Experience : Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM and Sales Tools : Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Good to Have :
- Knowledge of Spanish consumer protection laws (particularly those related to credit card mis-selling).
- Experience processing legal documents.
What do we offer?
- Full-time : (39 hours / week)
- Working days / Hours : Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
- Basic Salary : €18,557 gross per year
- Monthly Performance Bonus : based on sales targets
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid work model : 6 days per month at the office
- Training : 1 week from the office Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm
