Your Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and support potential customers, from first contact to closing.
  • Advise prospects on our products, coordinating with the support team and other departments.
  • Offer assistence to the support team with customer data maintenance to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels to expand our reach and drive growth.
  • Achieve defined sales targets for acquiring new customers.

Your Profile

  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • C2-level proficiency in English and / or German.
  • Ideally, experience in sales or customer support, including familiarity with tools like HubSpot.
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic about direct interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and team player.
  • Strong digital skills and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Compensation : The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 3175,- gross per month based on full-time employment. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
