YOUR RESPONSIBILITY :
  • Convert leads into sales by building trusting relationships with customers.
  • Manage multichannel interactions to meet productivity goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Be the first ambassador of Costa, promoting our brand to create memorable holiday experiences for our guests.

To join our team :
  • Fluent in German, with excellent grammar and spelling skills in both spoken and written communication.
  • Proficiency in English or Spanish is highly valued.
  • Solid sales background and previous customer-facing experience, especially in B2B or B2C.
  • Experience in multi-channel customer support, strong communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset are preferred.
  • Motivated self-starters ready to contribute to our dynamic environment.
