YOUR RESPONSIBILITY :

  • As a Cruise Expert, you will convert leads into sales, through building a trusting relationship with customers.
  • You will manage multichannel active interactions, to meet your productivity goals in line with Company’s objectives.
  • You will also be the first ambassador of Costa, promoting our Brand to create amazing holiday experiences for our Guests!

  • We are looking for individuals who possess a fluent level of German, demonstrating exceptional grammar and spelling skills in both spoken and written communication.
  • Proficiency in English or Spanish is also highly valued.
  • A solid sales background and previous customer-facing experience, particularly in B2B or B2C, will be advantageous.
