What you will do in this role

1. Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
2. Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
3. Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.
4. Have a high level of French (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
5. Have excellent communication skills.
6. Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
7. Be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
