Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales PA team in Barcelona. This role is essential in supporting the commercial department by ensuring high-quality data management and assisting in administrative processes. The successful candidate will work closely with sales representatives and other cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer support, and IT, contributing to the efficiency and organization of our commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the commercial database (CRM).
  • Identify and merge duplicate accounts to ensure data integrity.
  • Update target client lists and other sales-specific records based on team needs.
  • Support sales representatives with administrative tasks and account organization.
  • Review account ownership overlaps and apply internal criteria for proper assignment.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry for leads, clients, and opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement in data quality and internal processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Required :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in commercial or customer service teams.
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and advanced Excel.
  • Advanced English and proficient Spanish (written and spoken).

Preferred :

  • 2–3 years of experience in service, tech, or commercial companies.
  • University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience working in data-heavy or digital administrative environments.
  • Continuous training in commercial processes or B2B customer management.

Required :

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to organize large volumes of data.
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and efficient manner.

Preferred :

  • Experience working across teams or departments.
  • Interest in improving and streamlining administrative workflows.
