Duties and responsibilities :

We are looking for an organized and proactive professional to join our sales team as a Sales

Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting general

administrative tasks within the sales department, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports, as well as managing and following up on scholarship administration.

Main responsibilities :

  • Perform general administrative tasks within the sales department.
  • Manage and monitor KPIs and reports.
  • Administer the scholarship process, including documentation, follow-up, and control.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of performance reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure internal process compliance.
  • Maintain organized documentation and databases related to department activities.
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales departments.
  • Knowledge of KPI analysis and report preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and preferably Power BI.
  • Advanced proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
