This position will help support the sales administration team in their core responsibilities of customer master, rebate management, and sales data utilization / reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new ship to and sold to updates for sales admin team
• Update PowerBI datasets daily (no previous BI training / experience required)
• Salesforce SR and CR requests
• Assist with data collection for special projects across the functions of the business (supply chain, finance, category, sales). Help complete continuous improvement projects.
• Vacation coverage for sales admin and data analyst role
• Assist category with Epicor data pulls, other repetitive pulls, and looking for OE interchanges
• Create customer summary templates for sales team
• Communicate with customer service team to better serve our customers
