The Position

As an EMEA Sales Acquisition Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies to attract and acquire new Ceco-Partners, primarily distributors and retailers. You will be a pioneer in establishing new distribution partnerships within your assigned markets, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize acquisition quality and speed, and supporting business expansion.

Your responsibilities include taking ownership of market development, identifying and assessing potential partners, initiating contact, onboarding, and transitioning to sales teams for ongoing management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify key distribution performers and establish a strategic product/channel country map.
  • Document the strengths and weaknesses of targeted distributors.
  • Align on strategic approaches and progress towards consensus on partners.
  • Initiate contact and conduct due diligence at distributor locations and markets.
  • Onboard partners and support their transition to operational phases.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate across organizational teams.
  • Identify and execute projects within assigned countries to meet market goals.
  • Become an expert on products, customers, and competitors to guide distributor selection.
  • Understand and analyze Accounts P&L and market specifics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner-based sales and marketing management, retail, market research, or consulting industry.
  • Strong sales experience across multiple retail channels with a product-focused mindset.
  • Proven negotiation skills in household appliances or fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Knowledge of EU, Americas, or APAC retail environments (physical and digital).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are desirable. Spanish is a plus.
