We are looking for an amazing Sales & Account Manager to join the Italian Business Team in our Barcelona Office, starting in April / May 2025!

Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for your hotel's portfolio.
  • Follow up daily on sales and allotments.
  • Negotiate new offers with hotel partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize offer visibility.
  • Monitor competitors to keep your portfolio competitive.
  • Develop action plans to boost sales in underperforming hotels and regions.
  • Create attractive and creative offers for customers.
  • Report directly to the Area Manager of your region.
Candidate Profile:
  • Languages: Italian (native or fluent) and high-level English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial development role involving negotiation.
  • Strong account management skills and willingness to go the extra mile for hotel partners.
  • Target-oriented, analytical, stress-resistant, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in tourism is a plus; candidates from all sectors are welcome.
