Job Description:

Hello, future candidate! We are looking for an amazing Sales & Account Manager to join the Italian Business Team in our Barcelona Office, starting in April/May 2025. Ready to take on the challenge?

Your Role at Weekendesk:

  • Being the first point of contact with your hotel's portfolio.
  • Following up daily on sales and allotment.
  • Negotiating new offers with hotel partners.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to maximize offer visibility.
  • Monitoring competitors to keep our portfolio competitive.
  • Creating action plans to boost sales for underperforming hotels and regions.
  • Ensuring attractive and creative offers for customers.
  • Analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Reporting to the Area Manager.

Candidate Profile:

  • Languages: Italian (native or fluent) and high-level English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial development role involving negotiation.
  • Strong account management skills and willingness to go the extra mile for hotel partners.
  • Target-driven, analytical, stress-resistant, and capable of multitasking.
  • Tourism experience is a plus, but all sectors are welcome!
