We are looking for an amazing Sales & Account Manager to join the Italian Business Team in our Barcelona Office to start in April/May 2025! Ready to take on the challenge?

Your Role at Weekendesk

  1. Being the first point of contact with your hotel's portfolio.
  2. Being responsible for the daily follow-up of sales and allotment.
  3. Negotiating new offers with your hotel's partners.
  4. Working with the marketing team daily to maximize visibility of your offers.
  5. Monitoring competitors to ensure portfolio competitiveness.
  6. Making action plans to improve sales for underperforming hotels and regions.
  7. Ensuring attractive and creative offers for customers.
  8. Analyzing portfolio KPIs and performance.
  9. Reporting directly to the Area Manager.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • Languages: Italian (native or fluent) + high level of English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial development role involving negotiation.
  • Good account management skills and willingness to go the extra mile for hotel partners.
  • Experience working with targets and analytical skills.
  • Stress-resistant and good at multitasking.
  • Previous experience in tourism is a plus, but candidates from all sectors are welcome.
