We are looking for an amazing Market Manager to join the FR Business Team in our Barcelona Office, starting in April 2025!

Ready to take on the challenge?

  1. Be the first point of contact with your hotel's portfolio.
  2. Responsible for daily follow-up of sales and allotment.
  3. Negotiate new offers with hotel partners.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize visibility of offers.
  5. Monitor competitors to ensure portfolio competitiveness.
  6. Create action plans to improve sales in underperforming hotels and regions.
  7. Ensure offers are attractive and creative for customers.
  8. Report directly to the Area Manager of your region.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial development role with strong negotiation skills.
  • Good account management skills and willingness to go the extra mile for hotel partners.
  • Experience working with targets and strong analytical skills.
  • Stress-resistant and able to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in tourism is a plus, but candidates from all sectors are welcome.
  • Languages: French (native or fluent) and high-level English.

Contract Details: Permanent contract with a 3-month trial period.

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote) plus 10 home office days per year within Europe.
