Your Role

As a Sales Account Manager , you’ll be central to expanding and nurturing Rephine’s client relationships in the Life Sciences sector. You will :

Driving Client Growth and Retention

  • Develop and execute account strategies tailored to assigned clients or regions.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, build strong pipelines, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Managing Relationships with Purpose

  • Serve as the key point of contact for your accounts, building trust through regular check-ins and valuable insights.
  • Deeply understand client challenges, needs, and goals to deliver tailored Rephine solutions and ensure high satisfaction.

Solving Problems and Adding Value

  • Respond promptly to client concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate internally with consultants and delivery teams to ensure outstanding service and project execution.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • A proven track record as a Sales or Account Manager—ideally within the Life Sciences, Pharma, or consulting industry.
  • A strong understanding of B2B sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
  • A high degree of independence, initiative, and ownership in managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
