Outpost24 is hiring a Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Barcelona, Spain!

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for cybersecurity? As our new Sales Account Executive , you’ll play a key role in generating revenue through both direct sales and channel partnerships. You’ll be responsible for building and expanding our presence in the mid-sized business market across Spain and LATAM , while taking full ownership of the full sales process and identify key strategic partners. Perhaps you already have a strong network within Spain to help you hit the ground running!

As a Sales Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include :

  • Driving net new business through channel and direct sales
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline through outbound activities
  • Managing your own sales activities to reach quarterly sales targets
  • Keeping the CRM-system Salesforce updated at all times
  • Collaborating with Marketing, SDRs, and Presales to maximize revenue potential from prospects
  • Planning and organizing strategic customer activities through account planning and forecasting
  • Managing negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer coordination to drive successful outcomes
  • Measuring, evaluating, and adjusting sales efforts to continuously improve performance
  • Embodying and promoting Outpost24’s core values - Trust, Respect, Adaptability, and Commitment - in all aspects of your work

What makes you our ideal candidate?

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B new business development, with a strong track record of success
  • You bring 1-2 years of experience in the cybersecurity or broader security
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, IT, or Engineering
  • You have a true hunter mindset and driven by results, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • You're an entrepreneurial, social, and collaborative team player, with excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • You have experience closing complex sales and securing executive-level buy-in with minimal oversight. Ideally, you already have a strong network within Spain to help you hit the ground running
  • You’re a self-starter with a project oriented mindset and the ability to turn business challenges into actionable solutions
  • You can break down complex ideas and communicate them in a clear, simple, and compelling way
  • You are fluent in both English (our corporate language) and Spanish (essential for the local market)
